I had to post this article from Black Girl Guide to Weight Loss. She give’s an outstanding illustration and explanation of the importance of knowing how to recognize and having healthy poop and pee.
Of course, many of us would choose to not have a conversation about poop or pee. However, I think you’re doing yourself a great disservice if you ignore your poop and pee. I encourage you not to dismiss the understanding of how they are an indicator of your overall health.
The gut is the center of you health.
- Keep it clean through regular detoxing and if you dare, enemas
- Feed it with healthy probiotic rich foods to improve the flora
And watch you Pee for signs of trouble.
