My Smoothie Method

A fresh smoothie is an excellent way to get an outstanding nutritional boost in your diet.  You can easily find all the ingredients to make a healthy smoothie at your local market or health food store.

Smoothies are easy to make and really good for you.  Try to always use fresh vegetables, fruit, along with natural sweeteners (if desired).  You may even add other things such as, flaxseeds or flaxseed oil, coconut oil, chia seeds, kefir, coconut milk, plain water or whatever you may think might do well in a smoothie.  It’s your preference.

Though others may make great tasting smoothies with detailed recipes, I’m not that kind of guy.  I have my special way of doing it.

Watch how I do it.

  1. If you freeze ripe bananas you can eliminate the ice cubes, and add coconut water instead of regular water. All organic of course! I make smoothies that make my husband cringe, but he drinks them! Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick he says

    1. Yes, that’s right. I’ve done the frozen produce in the past but totally forgot about it. In the past used frozen strawberries. Yum! Coconut water sounds excellent! I have done coconut milk before but not water. Props to your husband for hanging in there. 🙂

Thanks for your comment. Blessing to you Kathy!
