However, did you know the color of the food you eat can determine it’s nutritional value and purpose?

YES!…Eating colors for health is super good for YOU!

For instance, the color purple is good for the heart, arteries, brain and bone. Green (I REALLY LIKE GREEN!) aids lung health, liver function and eye health.

What’s the SECRET?

The  SECRET….Phytonutrients!

Phyto is the Greek word for “plant”.  So phytonutrients, in plain english, are “plant nutrients.”
