Is Bee Pollen Good For You?

Bee PollenIs Bee Pollen Good For You

I recently purchased a bottle of Y.S. Eco Organic Bee Farms Bee Pollen from my local nutrition store.  I’ve read it’s good for allergies, asthma and stomach problems.

My Experience

For about a month now, I’ve been taking a teaspoonful, one to three times a day.

It’s recommended to start with a few granules when first trying it due to a possible allergic reaction, so that’s what I did and waited for any adverse reactions.   Soon after, I began to sneeze uncontrollably, I thought to myself…”Uh oh, this is not good.”

HOWEVER, as time passed, the sneezing ceased and I experienced no other severe reactions.

So I decided the next day to take a whole teaspoonful….GUESS WHAT?…No negative reactions.

From that point on, I haven’t experienced any allergic or negative complications.

Yet, neither have I had any noticeable improvements in my health.

However, it’s sometimes difficult to gauge what positive or negative effects are happening in such a short period of time (3 weeks).

Besides, at the same time I also begin an increase in chorella consumption as well.

With two dietary changes at once, it’s can be difficult to assess which is making a difference.

Going Forward

At this point, I plan to continue taking the Y.S. Eco Bee Farms bee pollen unless it’s just plain useless.

I could use some help here.

Do any of you have knowledge or experience with bee pollen?
